Flood Risk Assessment
A Flood Risk Assessment is a key element in the planning process as it provides with a detailed analysis of the potential flood risks for your development to prevent, mitigate and/or prepare for potential flood events. The use of Sustainable Drainage Systems, (SuDS) became a mandatory requirement for developments of any nature and of any size since a well-designed surface water networks, in both urban and rural areas, can help to reduce flooding risks, while improving the water quality of the water runoff.

Highway drainage is defined as water that drains directly from public roads into our sewers and watercourse network.
